Kirsty Tanner is a Scottish artist and designer living in Manchester. Working across paint, textiles, collage and print she explores built and natural environments evoking memories or moments of time and place. Kirsty's childhood in rural Scotland meets her love of Modernist design and Brutalist architecture, combining abstract expressions of land and sky, with strong architectural line and negative space.
Kirsty has worked with museums, galleries and design retailers around the world including The Barbican, Tate Modern, V&A and The Whitechapel Gallery.
